There are 3 ways to enter this hotel. Curiously, no hotel personnel are stationed at any of the entrances. From hotel entry to room entry, we encountered and spoke with no hotel personnel (kiosk check-in). No welcome. No bag assistance. No orientation to the hotel. This property needs a mgmt overhaul.

These wer sparse accommodations for a Hyatt. When we arrived there was no doorman, which would not be a problem if it weren't for the stairs you have to go up to get to the lobby. After pulling our bags up the stairs, we did see they have bellmen, but no one offered to help. The lobby was nice, but the rooms, even on the regency club floor, were very unimpressive. The Regency Club Lounge was closed. My diamond amenity came about one hour after check-in - it was a very small fruit bowl. A few minutes later, a second small fruit bowl arrived. Together they added up to the size of one you would normally get.
