Disappointed with hotel

Had to carry luggage from parking lot into hotel before we saw any bellmen. Only then could we get assistance with luggage. Why bother - we had already carried it most of the way.Also - bed was sloppily made each morning.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel overnight in April. The front desk staff (actually all the hotel personnel we dealt with) were extremely courteous and helpful. The room itself was very nice, extremely clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We ordered room service and the food was great and tastefully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious also. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was great! The room was spotless. The staff was extra friendly, food service and dining was exceptionial!!

Pretentious. Outrageously expensive without validity. Room Service was polite and quick but served cold food and the order was very wrong.Beds are short sheeted and made with flat sheets that are not large enough to stay tucked in when you roll over so you wake up on the mattress.They charge $10.00 for the internet!
