The rooms are nice, clean and large. The hotel staff is totally unconcerned. The front desk and managers on call are totally clueless and don't care to get a clue. My room had nonfunctioning air conditioning (in Florida in the summer!). The temperature control read 82 degrees inside the room. I called at 7:00 p.m for repairs. I called twice to check status and at 10:00 p.m. nothing had been done, not even a phone call from the desk. At 10:15 p.m. I asked to be switched to any room with airconditioning. The manager acted like they were doing me a big favor and let me know what an inconvience it was to the hotel to switch me. The new room they moved me to had airconditioning but the bathtub was messed up (drainage and jets). If you get a room in good working condition, and you need nothing from the hotel staff your entire stay, then this is a good property.

Great place to stay with the family. The pool is awesome. The staff is wonderful. This place is beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. Very relaxing place to stay. The only thing I didn't like was the 4:00 check in. But, I would definitely stay again.
The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The Sheraton Vistana Village is a beautiful resort. The two bedroom suite with full kitchen and washer/dryer was very spacious and comfortable. There is no need to over pack. The kitchen give you the flexibility to enjoy your particular home cooked meal and snacks when eating out is not desired on an particular day. We all get tired of eating out from time to time. It is definitely a place I will stay in the future!

A Great Disappointment

The nicer rooms are nearest to the main entrance. We were given a room which was outdated. Walking up the stairs to our door from outside it smelled badly from the garbage cans near the building. While gone from the room, housekeeping came in. Shockingly, the housekeeper took the trash can from one of the bathrooms and tried to flush it down the toilet. What the housekeeper tried to flush didn't go down and was floating in the toilet. We called several times to complain to send someone over to take care it. The person who came had to unclog the toilet. Will not return.
