place was nice..but the front desk staff was cold and unfriendly. Room was VERY close to construction, that started at 7 each morning, 6 days a week.Forget using the sofa bed, really bad....with so many other places to pick from, you can do much better! When asked to move to another quieter room, there was a 40.00 charge...they just didnt care.

We stayed here and at the dolphin. no comparison this place gave us the room we needed and had great facilities. Parks were close and 2 bedroom was mostly spotless. Skip Time share presentation thought they are high pressure idiots. We are going back in a year. Starwood points members this is a great place to stay. Discount tickets were no bargain they were cheaper at the parks

Upon arrival, we were asked about our activities for the next day; big mistake to say we didn't have anything planned yet. We were offered Disney tickets at a discount, and breakfast was "on them" (which consisted of Krispy Kreme doughnuts). We kind of knew what we were getting into, but the time spent at the breakfast was 3 hours, not 11/2! Those were hours taken away from our trip. The whole timeshare bit was pretty much a scam. The rooms need to be updated; but other than that it was okay. Unless you want to waste your time and money on the timeshare scam, run, don't walk out of the lobby when they offer anything!!!
Honeymoon Trip

My husband and I went to Orlando to do the Disney Honeymoon. We decided to stay off site to save money and hit the jackpot staying at the Sheraton Vistana Villages. The location is central to Disney, Universal and right down the street from Sea World and the outlets. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly. We had a difficult time using the pool because it was always closed in the evening due to lightning, however the pools were beautiful and well taken care of. The villa was fully equipped with all the necessaties but the bed was pretty hard. The restuarant on site was okay but I there are so many great restaurants in the area I recommend eating somewhere else. This is a timeshare hotel and upon check in they will try to get you to go to one of their lunches. It is about 90 minutes and when you say no they let you go. They do not work on commission so it is nice to not be pestered. We received $75 cash for attending the program and free breakfast. Overall this was a great place to stay and we will definately go back in the future!!

Great resort and very very clean. had many places to choose from and very glad we picked this one. was no more than 15 mins from everything. They will offer you a $* for a couple to come listen to there timeshare presentation. They say 90mins but my roommate went by himself and took 2 1/2 hrs. of his time and only gave him $*. ( the good part it was cash )
He was gonna buy it but the pressure they put on him he said no. Other than that it was a great time and can't wait to take my new family there next year when we play in the world series softball tourney again... next sept. come watch and see the disney fields--- WOW IT IS AWESOME.
