Good buy overall

The hotel is quiet and in a good location. My only complaint was at check-in. I had
requested a non-smoking room with a king and had paid in advance. When we
arrived, we were told that all king rooms had been sold out. I was offered two
doubles. I indicated that was unacceptable. The clerk eventually came up with
a room with two queens. This was okay, but the attitude was hard to handle.
She said you are not guaranteed the type of room, just a room when you use
Travel website. Just looking at the parking lot, it was hard to believe they were sold
out of king rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel two times in the past with no issues. This trip was awful. They put us in a room right next to the elevator, every time someone would us the elevator it sounded like a garage door opening. There were very few people staying there so it wasn't like they had to use this room. Also right next to the room they were redoing the tile so first thing in the morning you could hear them out there working on this. We could not get to the ice so we had to go up a flight to use the ice up there. The restaurant service was awful. We had to knock on the kitchen door to get someone to come out and help us. Very few selections. Kids are suppose to eat free but I had to tell the guy who finally brought us our bill that he needed to take it off. We tried to pay before we left and we were told that the cashier was too busy to help us. We were forced to add this to our room charges. The cost of the childs meal was still on the bill at checkout so I had to wait for the girl to find the receipts from that night so she could adjust the ticket. We wont be back to this hotel. Great price but not worth the trouble!

All of the staff were very friendly! Rooms have been updated and maid service was good. The hotel is on the back side of Disney property with a shuttle service $3 per person per day to Disney. On site restaurant available with nice staff/food okay. Would have liked to have been alittle closer to Disney and have restaurants closer too. We didn't rent a car and probably should have although we did like having the shuttle available.

Traveled with my two sons. We have a very good stay in Holiday Inn. Very friendly staff is the most impressive things. Location is great, not too close and not too far away from Disneyland. Breakfirst menu is also quite suitable for kids. For the given price, this is a very happy stay in the hotel!

I was very pleased with this hotel with the exception of the restuarant. The hotel had a friendly staff, a local transit system that stops at the front entrance of the hotel every twenty minutes and the premise was well kept. A couple of things to note about the transit: You can purchase the passes in the lobby gift shop but they don't open until 7:30 AM. Also, they do make multiple stops before arriving to Disneyland, so be prepared to add an additional 30 minutes or so to your adventure. Another item to mention, the gift shop sells souveniors that are very reasonable in price!
