Hotel was decent/clean, free parking, no refrigerator/microwave (stayed at other Holiday Inn in Burbank which had appliances). There are no restaurants nearby, breakfast at hotel restaurant was $6.95/person. Can buy Disney tickets at hotel, but it is the same price at the Disney entrance so we bought ours at Disney.
It is about 15min walk if you walk fast, if walking slow it takes about 25min from hotel to Disney. Coming back I realized could walk through Downtown Disney and Disney Hotels which was more interesting than walking on empty blvd. There is also shuttle from hotel, cost quoted was $4/person, I think it was for all day but not sure. We stayed till closing at Disney and missed the last shuttle back to hotel which was at 12:30am so caught taxi back to hotel. Taxi driver charged us $4/person x 3 people, he didn't use meter which we found strange.

Arriving here after long flight looked forward to checking in, room was spotless and spacious, bed was very comfortable. We booked a Suite there were five of us two 14 years olds in one bed and a 17 year old in a pull out sofa and us in another bed. Pictures of the hotel are as listed, it was great to have kitchen and fridge. Hotel parking was great easy access in and to the hotel from car park. Having teenagers we walked the 1km to Disneyland, wouldn't recommend the walk for little ones though unless they were in a pram . We could see the fireworks from our room every night extra bonus. My sister stayed in the hotel as well in a standard room down side to that is no fridge and their room was a lot smaller. Hotel does provide an ice bucket and ice machine freely available to all, but in warm weather ice doesn't stay frozen too long. Laundry was accessed very easily and reasonably priced too. For us food was the most difficult thing but we ordered from Panda Express or Pizza from the hotel's recommended place. Strongly recommend buying an in car GPS from America could not have done without it, it was a lifesaver.
Way better than expected

Ok I have stayed at many hotels in this area, and for the price of less $ a night this is by one of the best. Comfort, Quality & Price wise a winner.
~ We didn't have to pay for parking so that totally helped.
~ Beds are super comfortable.
~ Blinds are nice and dark for early morning.
~ Maid service is fantastic
~Shuttle service to area restaurant for FREE 6-10pm
* However it is best if staying here you have a car to drive into park or take shuttle $3 a day.
This hotel is located on backside of Mickey & Friends parking structure so not a very easy walk into park.
Great experience

Clean, quiet, convenient. Staff was superlative. I was able to change my room to be closer to my son and his family. Staff was very wonderful about providing information about transportation services to Disneyland and dining. Will definitely stay there again.
Pleasantly Surprised!

We live in the Los Angeles area and planned a two day trip to Disneyland. I was looking for the most affordable place, as close as I could find to the parks. I was thrilled to find the hotel was literally back to back with the Disneyland Parking structure. We had to turn two corners and were there. We checked in around 10pm and had already paid through online travel website. Having never booked a hotel through online travel website, I was nervous. However, checking in was a breeze! The extremely polite lady at the desk said, "I see you have 2 rooms, prepaid. I put you in two rooms right next door to each other... " Just like that, she gave us our keys and explained where to go. I couldn't believe it was that easy. I was waiting for something bad to happen because it was so inexpensive... so we get to the rooms. They were spotless! The beds were covered with white bedspreads (which to me is a good sign, it means they have to wash them!) It was a good size room, large enough for me to put our PackNPlay up for our baby. There was a large desk area and free internet so my husband could do a bit of work. The bathroom was small, but the bathtub was large, and the shower curtain rod was the rounded kind that makes you feel like you have lots of room. The bed was VERY comfortable with big fluffy pillows.... I was just really pleased. The breakfast buffet the following morning was OK, It wasn't huge with a lot to choose from. The only hot item was Belgian waffles. But it was pretty good for the kids eating free. Check out was just as easy. I'll stay here again.
