The best mattress I slept on!!!

I spent just one night at this hotel and I had a great night sleep. The bed was the most comfortable mattress I slept on. I had a king sized bed and the sheets were soft and the comforter was cotton and extremely snuggly. The hotel was very clean and I enjoyed a nice swim and hot tub in the am. The hotel is right off route 295 and made it very easy for me to navigate back on the highway and to my destination. I would definitely stay again and I look forward to another restful night. I booked with online travel website and the price was fabulous for the hotel.

A few minor things

TV came on in the middle of the night without me pushing the power on the remote control, but when I turned it off, it stayed off. Also, I had a little difficulty finding the light in the room, but it didn't take long to find it. When you use the internet, if you're wondering where the area to type the website is, put your cursor at the top and hopefully it will appear. Thought it would already be there. However, none of those problems needed attention as they solved themselves rather quicly. Shuttle service was quite good. When I asked about bike rental shops, front desk could have answered them--probably just didn't feel like it. If that's a concern of yours, I would think twice about staying here. Overall pretty good atmosphere and room quality.

Worth the money?

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room was so/so. One elevator in entire building to service hundreds of guests and 6 floors. Was surprised that this was a Hilton, would have thought it was a better place. Bed sucked and pillows, well..better to bring your own. Breakfast was not included. Fitness room, small and outdated. Would I stay here again...only if nothing else was available and I had to stay in Portland.

great place!

Excellent facility. Employees go out of their way to be helpful, food is good and reasonably priced. The beds are very very comfortable.

Not Up To Par!

Having stayed at the Hilton Garden by the Jetport, we thought staying at another Hilton would have been as rewarding. What a disappointment. The bathroom tile had mold, the carpet(s) were dirty, and there was no internet available to those of us without our notebooks! I will say that the beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk personnel was cordial, but seemed to get stress with over two guest to accomodate. Very close to a Denny's for breakfast - which was nice since the restaurant was closed on New Years Eve.
