Great area

The hotel is located in Downtown Glendale, close to great shopping and dining. It was also about 10 mins from Universal Studios. There was a great promenade behind the hotel with music and a fountain, really pretty. The parking spaces were really small, even for our small car. The first night we stayed, the guests above us were noisy, but when we told the front desk, they took care if it right away. Breakfast was adequate and what one could expect of a free breakfast. The room was clean, but could have smelled better. When we first arrived, we had a problem with our toilet, but the staff fixed it right away and we had no more problems for the remainder of our stay. We were within walking distance from several restaurants, cafes, and a Target. We were apprehensive at first to walk around in a strange neighborhood, but there were so many people out walking, that we felt silly trying to drive only a couple blocks and then try to park. We were very satisfied with the hotel and we would definitely stay there again.
