THE WORST PLACE EVER

The staff was rude, disrespectful, and snobbish. The hotel was filthy! My first room HAD BLOOD SPATTERS ON THE BATHROOM WALL. Blood Spatters. My second room had no heating! When I wanted to change rooms again, the manager refused! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Use a few more bucks to get a decent place trust me!

I chose this hotel for it's locale and affordability. Location was great, however the hotel was not. Staff upon checkin were polite and helpful, upon checkout did not ask how everything was as I am sure they already knew the answer. The shower floor was yellow from many years of bad cleaning, BRING FLIP FLOPS! Visible dirt was also on the walls in the microwave, icebucket, and the non working fridge. Comforters looked like the ones my parents had on the bed in the 80's. And yes as all the other reviews stated the train does run alongside the hotel, however I slept just fine. Would I stay here again? Possibly but definately not my first choice. Also if you are travelling with a pet there is a 25 dollar fee, and it was really tough to find a patch of grass for da business. I honestly walked 15 min or so in different directions and we settled for wood chips in the bushes (also hard to find).

Horrible

I walked in and walked out; questioned the quality when I arrived; went into the room; went back to the front desk and cancelled my reservation; I will not stay here again;

Inexpensive and centrally located

This hotel is just fine, not fancy. It's not in the "bad area" of downtown. I had no trouble with a four night stay. The staff was fine. The room was functional. I went to Spokane to visit an Aunt and Uncle. If your goal is to host a fancy business meeting, this hotel might not make a huge impression on a prospective client, but if you're going to see the Spokane area or to visit friends or family, you will be more than comfortable and you'll save $$$.

Loud, Loud, Loud! We stayed here on a quick shopping trip weekend and ended up leaving early! We had our 1 yr old dau shoved in the closet cause the noise from the train was so loud. It even shook the room! Scary people, very dirty, very small~ nothing good to say about it
