Paid For but NOT Delivered

We PREPAID for a ROOM; on arrival find NO ROOMS LEFT!! They put us in uncomfortable meeting room and 'offered' free breakfast. If we had not prepaid, we can go elsewhere. Absolutely SHAMEFUL for a Sheraton flagship hotel.

The hotel was nice, but the food in the restaurant made me and my friends ill, and parking was $35 a day!
