Quote: I stayed at the hotel during a business trip. It was a very good option and I would use it again when I'm back in town.

Basic Room

Quote: I found this Motel provides a basic clean room. You get what you pay for. I would stay here again, but one should know that this facility is nothing special.

Breakfast billing and upgrades

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 7, 2011
Quote: We had a problem with them trying to charge us for breakfast when it was included with the room. They also would not let us upgrade to a suite because we booked through Travelocity. Other than that it was a nice quiet place to stay.

Hospitality Lost

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • June 11, 2009
Quote: There's a reason why the industry is called hospitality, a reason lost on the desk clerk at the Mesa Marriott. After any sort of journey, the last thing the traveler wants to deal with is an attitude. Reception and check-in should be something more... Read the full Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Mesa review

Top-notch for a three star

  • 5 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • May 22, 2009
Quote: This has been a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They kindly stored a bag that was lost by the airlines and delivered while I was away for three days. The rooms are clean, the grounds are beautiful. I would gladly recommend the... Read the full Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Mesa review

Also was Disappointed

  • January 6, 2008
Quote: I too expect Marriott to be cleaner and a bit more upscale...especially at 279 per night. This would be a great value at 99/nt.

Quote: The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I was so happy with my stay there. The room was sparkling clean and the bed is the comfiest bed I have even slept on. I am using this hotel chain again when I travel to Houston next month. The staff was... Read the full Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Mesa review

The WORST Marriott

  • 2 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • November 27, 2006
Quote: This was the worst Marriott experience I have ever had. I expect a standard from this hotel which was completely lacking. If you like traffic noise, bed bugs to tuck you in, loud car drags on the street, uncaring staff, brown water from the... Read the full Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Mesa review

For fun and work

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • November 7, 2006
Quote: I traveled to Mesa with 3 other family members and we all fit nicely in the room. It worked out great for us! We were also near Fiesta Mall and other name brand stores. The price was reasonable for the great stay.

Great stay

Quote: I frequently travel into this area for business. Staff was very friendly, and allowed early check-in. Room was clean, and very nice. Large desk/work area, ice cold A/C. Comfortable bed.
