I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 5 months. The location is great and the quality of the building/room is impressive. I don't worry about what I'm walking into. I absolutely recommend this property and will continue to book at Courtyard ...Read more

I stayed at the hotel during a business trip. It was a very good option and I would use it again when I'm back in town.

I found this Motel provides a basic clean room. You get what you pay for. I would stay here again, but one should know that this facility is nothing special.

We had a problem with them trying to charge us for breakfast when it was included with the room. They also would not let us upgrade to a suite because we booked through Travelocity. Other than that it was a nice quiet place to stay.

I too expect Marriott to be cleaner and a bit more upscale...especially at 279 per night. This would be a great value at 99/nt.
