It's not a hotel; it's like a fancy dorm (with that dorm smell). No room service, concierge, etc. Rooms pretty but small. Linens old.

This is a great location, nice big, clean, comfortable room with fireplace, view of garden courtyard, delicious and extensive complimentary breakfast, cookies and friendly staff.

Inn was in the middle of everything. We walked to the Stadiums, Pike Market and Pioneer Square. Because it was first street we did not have to walk up the Seattle hills. Rooms were spacious and clean with a good breakfast provided daily.

This hotel was a great find. Location could not be better for walking to everything downtown! Staff was helpful and a joy to talk to, Room was wonderful, clean and like home. A/C could be improved, but best just to open french doors at night to the garden.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at your hotel recently. The location couldn't have been better for being in the heart of Seattle and clost to lovely restaurants and shops and across the street from the Seattle Art Museum. Also would like to mention the ambiance of the interior space, i.e. lobby, breakfast room and library.
