Suite pictured wasn't like actual suite. Toilet backed up, but it was a nice place to sleep. The license in elevator said "Comfort Inn"- it's either still a Comfort Inn or just changed hands. Would've had no problem staying in a comfort inn, just feel like it's misleading. Everything in the suite was new. You have to look close for the sign, I passed it twice before finding it. There's no entrance on 5th, you enter from Goodlette-Frank. Misleading- you think your booking a room on the posh 5th Ave, but technically not. Good stay, wish it gave clearer picture online.

i arrived late and left early, so i didn't take advantage of everything the hotel has. but the room was nice, great bed, shower, flat screen tv. only problem, they forgot my wake up call and the alarm clock didn't work... had a friend wake me up. hotel very close to tin city

it was a nice hotel the only down fall is that is is noisy and you can here everything going on outside your room they need to redo the hallways so u cant hear everything that rolls by. Other than that its in a nice location and has great views just cant sleep in unless you cant't hear

on the last morning that we were there the toilet overflowed and started to back up we called the front desk and they said someone would be right there. 3 hours later nobody showed up and we had to use the gas station bathroom that was down the street. losy hotel service we called the general mananger the next day and he just said that he was sorry nothing he could do .
