This is a great hotel. They have excellant service and did everything asked. They have nice room service and can if you are on a budget, they can make deals with restaurants and local stores to get you the best rate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Naples. Also, if you do not have car, they have a "taxi" service free of charge for anyone staying in the hotel within a five mile radius of the hotel. Which is very nice at any time of the day.
STAY HERE YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

I can't begin to say how perfect this hotel was. The pool was great, the service was above outstanding, the beds were so comfortable, and it was in an excellent location. You won't regret staying here!

This hotel was one of the most accomindating and a customer service based facility I have ever stayed at. I have never had a hotel provide a car service that will take you within a five mile radius. They even said "If you get hot, just call us and we will be there to pick you up." Now that to me is service. The food here is excellant, and they have a nice pool party on sundays with five dollar deals. The staff helped out with serveral deals with resturants to get the best price. THey have wonderful service and I loved the staff, they were so friendly and only cared about their customers.

We were pleasantly suprised when we arrived and will definitely return. The exceptional conceiere "X" and the professional service is what we experienced all week. In addition to the the discounts, dinners, and day trips, we recommend Bayfront Inn to ANYONE!

The bay was a beautiful view! I had wonderful service. We flew in on Sunday and they had a "pool party" going on and I was able to buy amazing ribs for $5 right at the hotel. It was wonderful! There is a lady that will drive you to the beach for free and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I was at the pool and the other guests were rambling on about how wonderful this hotel treats you. I wish all hotels had such wonderful service! This hotel is great!
