Stay Somewhere Else

I honestly can't say anything good about this place. The staff was unhelpful about restaurants, locations of ski resorts, etc.
They charged extra for everything - 5.00 for internet, 2.00 to borrow a wine opener.
We had two spoons in our extended stay suite - the sheets were thin, multiple bugs in the bathroom in the morning.
Excellent Place to Stay!

This is an excellent place to stay! Kitchens are a plus! Wooded park area behind hotel is so nice and relaxing. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Even though there was not a pool, the hotel offered free passes to a workout facility that had a nice pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very nice and friendly and really showed they cared! I have found a new home away from home!

I found this hotel to be very inviting, great location, staff is very inviting and kind. I found the Management of this location to be very professional and kind as well. The staff also explained to me that they are going to be renovated very soon and that will make this place even better! I highly reccommend this hotel!!!

i had to contact the hotel as i noticed my bank statements that i was charged for an extra room the day AFTER i had checked out of the hotel. i did not sign for that room . watch your bank statements if you stay here!
stayed here twice. rooms were dirty both stays.
the last stay we found pubic hair on the sheets. the maid didnt change the sheets since the last guests.
bathroom floor was dirty. black hairs on sink and floor.
we had to mop the floors ourselves. requested a maid to change the sheets. we were told to come get sheets and change them ourselves.
shower walls were filthy from last guests.
disgustingly dirty.
do not stay at this hotel.
Too Dirty for Me

2 years ago it was satisfactory. The attraction is the area. You can walk to restaurants, shopping centers, liquor, outlet, and grocery stores. This time we bought a bottle of Fantastick and paper towels to clean the room (no other rooms available nearby due to LDS General Convention). I don't think anything was done when previous guests left, except sheet and towel change. The building exterior is dirty, doors and walls are dirty, carpet and tile in room dirty, all countertops dirty with sticky stuff , dishes dirty, shower mildewed, shower curtain dirty, toilet paper roller broken.
