Lights out!

When we got there the hotel had no power! Literally, the lights were out. But they couldn't help that, however, when we asked when the lights would be back on they said they didn't know and didn't seem to want to find out. That kind of annoyed me a bit. But eventually the lights came back on and everything was ok. The wallpaper in the room was peeling down in places but we needed a place to stay so it was all okay.

Room could be cleaner. TV remote was not working. All 4 ice machines not working. One vending machine not working.
Bring Febreze!

Room smelled musty, frig smelled mildewy, stains on walls in bathroom. Had to go out and buy Febreze to stay. Handicapped room in back of bldg - not by entrance.

The hotel was dirty. They man checked us into a room that was being cleaned as we entered it. However, there were HAIRS in the bed, the toilet was horribly dirty, and the room smelled. The ac didn't work, and there was a LOUD night club attached to the hotel (not so bright if you need sleep).
