False Advertising- Worse Hotel Stay Yet

We booked this hotel right before leaving for a trip to Disney Land. When we attempted to locate the hotel's address via GPS and Googlemaps, plus Mapquest, it could not be located. Well, we went to Disney Land and then called it quits around 7:00 PM. When we called the hotel- we constantly received a looped phone recording- for TWO HOURS straight. We called the travel agency and they did not have any more information then we had. We had to eventually call another HOTEL in the chain and they gave us directions.
When we arrived at the hotel and asked why they were not answering the phones- the older man took the phones OFF of hold and then said, "Well, they ring fine now!" (Of course.)
Then we went up to our room... The door had obviously been kicked in recently and patched back together- you could see the cracks in the wood where the door was kicked! And the door lock was broken! They had a dead bolt in the door- but no hole drilled into the doorframe so it didn't work! The ONLY SECURITY was a sliding lock you could purchase at Home Depot for $2! There were no fire escape information, none of the required room rates posted.
The situation was unbearable. We checked out of that hotel (now it's 11:30 at night since it took 2 hours for us to get directions and then longer to locate the hotel) and checked INTO the Ramada Maingate.
Also, this hotel is NOT a MAINGATE HOTEL. It is no where near walking distance to DisneyLand!

YES!! I would stay here again..Very clean and for the money nice! Nice,tidy,smells nice,good water pressure,roomy.Don't believe all that is wrote as I didn't and ck'd out myself.Pking was at the door,spa was clean and soda machines full.Only around the corner to both disneys,food and gas!

Thought to go back to the motel for a relaxing nap and swim while at Disneyland, and when we checked in and went to our room, it had a horrible ciggarette smoke smell, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Thought ok, can live with that anyway. The pool was dirty, I wouldn't let my child swim. The bathroom lights didn't work properly and kept flickering off. A couple of bugs came out of the tub when the water was running. The only thing good about this place was that the beds were very comfortable.

hotel was not nice pipes coming out of the wall, shower head was just a pipe coming out of the wall, air conditoner was torn apart all over the floor, bad bad area of town no dinning that looked safe nothing like the description and the staff was rude

not enough parking for the amount of rooms.had to double park and block driveway. pool was smaller than a large hot tub. breakfast was a doughnut and a small cup of coffee. if you want ice you must pay for it. definately not a 2 star hotel. try 1/2 star.
