My stay started from the reception desk with a very friendly wlecome, then I had a very nice coffe at the Starbucks cafe then escorted to the room by the concierge on the 12th floor with a nice view from the balcony to Dubai city and the sea. My trip to the hotel was very easy. Rooms was clean and housekeeping are very active.
