Poor Customer Experience

Unlike most Hyatt's, this Hyatt did not provide a good customer experience. The food was poor and there were lines everywhere since the hotel was understaffed. The hotel was beautiful but I would not recommend it.

It was hard to beleive that wi-fi would cost $9.95 a day! The bed needed to be flipped since it was sagging on the side of the reading light.

Unlike most Hyatt's, this Hyatt did not provide a good customer experience. The food was poor and there were lines everywhere since the hotel was understaffed. The hotel was beautiful but I would not recommend it.
