Due to weather and the need to pick someone up at 5:30 a.m at O'Hare, it was practical in my situation to go down the evening before. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a very easy trip to O'Hare from the motel. As it turned out, the plane was 3 hours late arriving, so was able to stay at the motel until I heard the travelers were ready to be picked up. I would definitely stay here again, if the need ever arises.
