Great location for touring Pasadena and we could walk around the college campus for exercise each morning. The room was comfortable but carpet had black grease stains on it and the towels are thin. The food item selection for breakfast was - ...Read more

The customer service was less than accomidating--they seemed irritated when we asked for anything. Not enough outlets in rooms. Internet connection slow. Don"t believe picture on website--the pool is tiny!

* Free WiFi, but constant drop offs.* Only one avalible electric socket (bathroom), the other two had too many items plugged in through a multi-plug* Loose wiring, lights were hanging by the wirers
