Just Good

Positive: spacious rooms, high ceilings (especially in the restroom, makes it feel bigger), building in impeccable condition, friendly staff, good location for 2 reasons: in the middle of a big strip / outdoor mall, with a lot of stores, restaurants and even a movie theater at walking distance and in a strategic location to get on the highway and go to Sea World or Downtown in 15 - 20 minutes.
Negative: very short staffed (the night we arrived there was only one employee in the entire hotel), breakfast pulled 10 minutes earlier (at 9:20) and it was just OK, not that good, the sofa bed is impossible to sleep in, the AC is a bit noisy (window units instead of central), pillows are very thin once you have your head on them, soap & shampoo provided are really bad.
Didn't use the pool, so cannot comment on that.

A little hard to find, but well worth it. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great beds. Far enough away from everything, but closed enough to get anywhere quick. Highly recommend Note: didn't use or seek out the pool or the fitness room so just good on them

This hotel is only 3 mos. old. The entire hotel is meticously clean and smoke free! The suites are fantastic and large in size with great amenities, refrigerator, microwave, wetbar area and coffee pot. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Our family enjoyed the stay and will visit again and refer our friends! I am a very picky and finicky person and I highly recommend this hotel. The location was great too! Very easy to get to downtown rivercenter area as well as to get to the Northstar Mall and La Cantera Mall. There's a Chili's restaurant just down the street and the Imax Theater. In a rate of 1 thru 5 and 5 the highest... this hotel and location is a solid 5! Breakfast bar offered hot and cold breakfast, mixed bacon and eggs, toast, bagels, english muffins, milk, cofee, variety of juices & yogurts and frest fruit.

This hotel was great, new, updated, and comfortable. Close to everything. The only negative was the sleeper sofa-very uncomfortable. But other than that everything was perfect, including those delicious waffles for breakfast!
loved it
