Beautiful since remodel

Quote: I used to live in this neighborhood, they remodeled this hotel since then. The bathrooms are beautiful, the rooms are well laid out. The staff was not the friendliest, but not rude either. Good value for the money.

Well, the free breakfast was good!

Quote: Overall stay was poor for a few reasons. There are a few things to mention when staying here. We stayed in the "newly remodled" rooms and the lay out of the bathroom vents are very poor to say the least! I was in the bathroom and I heard the... Decent Hotel in Arizona

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 3, 2011
Quote: I came to Arizona to deal with a ticket I had. I live in Seattle Washington so I had to book a hotel along with a flight. My room was a little small and entertainment was limited but I enjoyed myself nonetheless. I saved a lot of money by using... A bit of the Southwest

Quote: The accomodations were clean but beginning to show a bit of wear. The room had a microwave, refridgerator and a safe. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Tolerable

Quote: Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean but bathroom smelled of sewer gas as did the lobby restroom. Did not report this since seemed to be a problem throughout the hotel. Remodeled section seemed to be the first 2... Read the full Ramada Plaza Hotel and Suites Phoenix at Metrocenter review

Need some upgrade

  • 3 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • June 2, 2009
Quote: I found the hotel a little bit old. The halls, access to the rooms and bedrooms had old carpets that didn't have a pleasant smell. My bedroom had rusty fixtures in the bedroom. The breakfast had the same options every day. I would suggest to vary... Read the full Ramada Plaza Hotel and Suites Phoenix at Metrocenter review

Would not recommend this hotel.

  • April 5, 2009
Quote: The front desk staff was friendly, and accommodated an early check-in for us, but when we got to our room, there was an unpleasant ordor, the beds felt hard and cheep, the carpet was torn away a couple of inches just inside the doorway and the room... Quote: It seemed that they started to remodel the hotel and just stopped half way through. The fitness room was in a guest room with two treadmills and one bike, of which two machines did not work. The game room had one game and it shared space with the... Read the full Ramada Plaza Hotel and Suites Phoenix at Metrocenter review

3 1/2 stars out of 10!!

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • March 1, 2009
Quote: Don't know who thought that this place was anywhere above a 2 out of 5 stars, but believe me its true. Located in a not so nice anymore part of town, was very unimpressed with everything. I heard rumors that some rooms had been newly updated, but... Read the full Ramada Plaza Hotel and Suites Phoenix at Metrocenter review
