Liked that the hotel was freeway close, but far enough away that we weren't bothered by any noise. Check-in: quick and easy. Young lady at the counter was very pleasant/helpful with explaining our room location, etc. She answered my questions completely and patiently. Our room was immaculate upon arrival, and upon returning each evening. Locked entry doors to each wing added security. Well stocked kitchen was really nice. Everything needed to prepare and serve a full meal was available, including dishwasher w/detergent, and dish towels w/dishsoap for the sink. Full size refrigerator had plenty of room to unload our cooler and the freezer quickly refroze our cooler packs. We had the "studio" room with a King size bed and pull-out sofa-bed in the sitting area. Our kids had no complaints about the sofa bed. Very comfortable and NO squeaking. Linen was in a storage bag in the closet. Fresh and clean and not too difficult to put on. King bed was wonderfully comfortable, better than our own bed at home! Plenty of pillows for everyone too. Bathroom was spotless and plenty big enough with sink, mirror, and closet just outside the bathroom. More than enough closet and drawer space. Everything in the room worked and was easy to use. Our kids enjoyed the HEATED pool in the evening. We parents liked that it was only 5ft deep and not too big. The Jacuzi was inviting, but we didn't make it in. Clean, dry towels available on the tables. The BBQ Thursday was delicious, lots of choices. Bbeer and wine was an unexpected plus. Breakfast all three mornings was exceptional and abundant. Staff was happy to provide us with a tray to take breakfast back to our room. GREAT hotel for stress-free traveling with kids, looking forward to returning!
