We stayed here on a long weekend get away. THe balcony view of the river was fantastic, and it was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. It was a temperpedic with stark white bed spread, so you KNOW it was clean! The only thing I did not like was that the pool was heated. Not very refreshing in 96 degree Florida heat. Starbucks in the lobby and easy parking. Great Hotel at a great price!

Stayed at this hotel on vacation and it was very nice. I could not have asked for a better hotel. We did pay a little more than expected, but it did not matter because the stay was really nice.

After learning we were celebrating ouranniversary, the hotel upgraded our roomto the Presidential Suite. The view from the balcony of the river was outstanding.Dinner was a treat too!

The hotel staff were nice, the rooms were okay. There was nothing that stood out about the rooms. For the price I paid for my room I expected the room to be a bit fancier. I guess I was paying for the location. The parking was easy, the staff was nice, we had our privacy & we were in the middle of downtown. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable.

Based on the reviews, I chose Crowne Plaza Riverfront. Am i glad!! This hotel was excellent. The staff was pleasant, and went out of their way to be accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean, definitely a step above. My only negative comment is that 1 out of 3 days I did not receive my newspaper, but that was remedied immediately by the Concierge. I would definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront on my next trip to Jacksonville!
