This is our favorite place to stay the night before we fly out of Miami, especially if we have an early morning flight. The airport is just a free shuttle bus ride away and we can leave our Hertz rental car at the hotel.
The other good thing about this property is that if we can''t get a good deal at the Marriott, we can always try the Courtyard next door or the Fairfield Inn next door to that.
Our last trip we stayed at the Marriott on the ninth floor, which just so happens to be the top floor.
We also like staying here because the staff is so friendly. When we checked in I asked if we could have a late checkout and the clerk (Trudy) said no problem.
The only problem we had was not being able to watch an inroom movie because the sound would not work but there were plenty of other channels to choose from including HBO.
