I was a little nervous when first entering the room. The smell of Lysol was over powering!
My fear was that once the clean smell wore off would the room stink? Quite to our surprise
the room was spotless!! The kitchen was filled with everything from a measuring cup to a
salad bowl!! We had two bedrooms and two bath. We are a family of four and enjoyed the
chance to spread out. This place is perfect for a family on a budget. We were able to get
to the parks in just minutes. Lots of great places to eat , most within walking distance. I loved
the landscaping!! We don't have blooming flowers in Kansas in March!! I also appreciated
the staff in golf carts, we always felt safe. Not much noise at night, peaceful. The only thing
I would suggest - BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS - VERY HARD!!

First of all from the minute you get there the staff are all willing to help out and make your stay a pleasurable one. I went down with my brother and his family the have a timeshare there. The place is right near many restaurants. Shops and other hotels. Staying here you really dont have to rent a car. There are buses that shuttle to anywhere that you wish to go. The outdoors are safe and clean. Right now im getting ready to go to florida with my daughter and her daughter and im looking to stay at this same place. Being here we can get the time to relax and enjoy our vacation.

We have stayed in a lot of places and this was one of the cleanest and friendliest. There was no radio clock in the room and we called and let them know. Within 20 minutes they had a brand new one delivered. Then we had a toilet over flow and called. They said no problem an came over within 5 mins., the funny part is we had a plunger in the closet the whole time that we didn't see. They never even told us that, they just came over. It was very nice. They had very nice people at the front desk too! Very easy to get to all the parks, lots of places to eat or buy groceries to cook. They had everything you needed right there. Thank You so much for a GREAT PLACE to stay!

An excellent choice for any family on a budget. A great location near Disney, shopping and many restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and was stocked with all of the necessary appliances and cookware that made us feel right at home. Even though our first night was only in the upper 50's, we enjoyed one of the two heated pools (two others are not heated). When not park-hopping, we also enjoyed playing basketball and using the 6-hole miniature golf course (which was just renovated at the time we were there). There is also a nice work-out room with lots of equipment. Also, shuffleboard, ping pong, volleyball and a small activity room for the kids where our 8 year old daughter was able to spend some time making a bracelet, and our boys made lego structures. There are two computers in the office that offer free internet usage which allowed us to keep up with our e-mail and also check in to our airline for our flight home.
After I had made the reservation on-line, I called the hotel directly and made a few requests. We requested a newly renovated top floor room, which also was not far from a heated pool, and one that had a washer/dryer right in the room. Then, when we arrived, the girl at check-in made sure that all of our requests were met. What an enjoyable stay!!! We were able to eat or prepare all of our meals right in the room. We packed lunches and with a soft-sided cooler we were able to rent lockers at the parks, eat our own food and save even more money.
I recommend this hotel to anyone. And, as long as the prices stay affordable we'll be staying here again next year!

This was a great condo resort. I looked all over for hotels and found this to be cheaper than renting two rooms at a moderate hotel, cleaner and safer. We stayed for the weekend before leaving on a cruise and liked it so much we stayed the weekend after the cruise and enjoyed Orlando a little more. Fully equiped kitchen, bedrooms were great, a hot tub in the master..What elese do you need. The staff was great, and I know someone complained about not being able to check in if your are a little early, well our cruise ended at 7:00 a.m. we explained to the front desk clerk that we knew check in was at 4pm, but after eating breakfast and a quick stop at the mall we were tired and wanted to see if it was possible to check in a little earlier and we were in our room by noon. Staff was great, we were welcomed with popcorn and a welcome gift.
