Great price and location. Everything is close by, lots of places to eat take the car or walk. Hotel security was great.

Overall my family was very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. It is in a fantastic location! Everything you need is close by. I had a good experience with the staff. They were always willing to give directions. However, my mother in law felt that the staff was rude to her. She called the front desk on a few occations and felt that the hotel was not accomodating her very well. My opinoin on the hotel was that it was great. My only criticisms are that there are no elevators and when you are located on the third floor that can be tiresome. Also, the suite was much smaller that I expected. It was a very mini suite. Oh, and the crib they provided for my son who is two was a "mini" pack n play. The son could not sleep in it because it was soooo small. Overall, the hotel is a good value for the money. I would definately consider staying here again!

Hotel room was good. It was clean and the location is fabulous for the Disney Resorts, Sea World, Universal. The pools were good as well. The only issue was with the beds; they weren't that comfortable, the linens were very cheap and worn, the pillows were worn and the bath towels were super-thin and rough. Pool towels were the size of dish towels. Overall, it was a good value for the money, but the linens and beds could definitely use some upgrading!

I have to say that i went with not much expectations, but was impressed with the hotel. The Front desk was great. The rooms were clean. the pools were also clean. activities were great. And most of all the service was great. i will definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Not far from Disney, Sea World, Universal, restaurants etc... Friendly staff, clean, the suites have washer and dryers which is nice when you have children. Nice pool area. Lots of parking. Fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers. (They even supply the detergent.) There is no housekeeping but that was not a problem for us. At the end of your visit, they ask you to strip the beds, which I had no problem doing, considering the value. I would definately stay there again.
