Our Stay at The Blue Tree Resort

Close to all of the Disney attractions. Ground were well kept. Price was good. I would recommend anyone that is going to Disney to Check on there rates at Blue Tree Resort. We were very pleased with our stay. If we were in the area again I would most likey stay at Blue Tree Resrt again.

My husband and I drove over from Clearwater Fl. We got there at 4pm. That is when check in is. Our room was not ready. We asked when it would and we were told they did not know. I told them that we were timeshare owners and they better get us a room which they did. They are a lot of nicer places on I-Drive. The cabnets were falling apart. There is also to much " bad Blood" between blue tree and westgate which shares the same property. The shuttle also did not run thta much and not that often. Don't stay there. There are so many other timeshares to stay at!!

Was late getting to blue tree already had reservations and when i arrived with my daughter at 1:00 am was told that a so called plumbing issue would not allow us to stay and i was rerrouted to another property. Was not happy at all. the next morning Called to complain and was told another room was available. As we arrived I walked into the lobby and overheard 2 separate complaints about billing and room not reserved from customers, really wondering how can they have so many issues dont believe a coincedence. The pools are frigid cold went in late march 1 pool was heated though near the entrance.

Was very pleased with Blue Tree's staff. They had excellent customer relation skills, really looking out for customer satisifaction. As with many other writers, I loved the kitchen which saved so much money. Loved the kids activities and swimming pool. Only negative things were the carpet wasn't clean and the Sterling shuttle which went to Disney only dropped you off only at Epcot. This was despite the fact that downtown disney was very close to the hotel.

Be prepared to be offered something else - that is not as nice. Some units in the resort are also a timeshare in which the owner of the unit can pull availability at any time. That's what happened to us and we were forced to take another hotel room that was not as comfortable. And this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.
