While the hotel is nice, though showing its age, it is not a resort. Staff was helpful, friendly, and competent which is not common in the Orlando area.

Great hotel, convenient locations to all resorts and shopping. Service was good and rooms very clean. Unbelievable value. Would recommmend to every one.
Decent but no Extras

If you're looking for a place to sleep that's clean and a pool for the kids, this hotel will meet your needs. Unfortunately, it doesn't offer much more. Service leaves a lot to be desired as I had to hunt down the luggage cart and load it up myself. The bar and restaurant (former conf. room) are makeshift, and you can't use the gym & gameroom on the other side of the resort as the hotel sold off that section of the resort. Close to Seaworld and Disney though!

We stayed here while we went to disneyworld. It was a very nice hotel.The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very nice.The pool area was nicely set out and maintained.

Hotel is located centrally to all different Theme Parks and Downtown Area. Not in the middle of the craziness of Disney and such so you can have a nice quiet atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
