Overall, Loews is a great hotel. The two issues we had were that the door would not close without using the card key when we exited. Another thing we were not too happy about was the terrible shower head and lukewarm showers we had to endure.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful in helping us resolve an inadvertent double-booking. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice workout facility and stellar room service. Close to the convention center, shopping, and great restaurants.

Excellent staff - very welcoming. Updated and comfortable rooms. Great food and super "early bird" dining specials. Great location. Would stay here again.
