The hotel is great, the staff was very friendly, absolutely no complaints from me or my family.

The hotel was wonderful. The beds were great. They helped with directions to Hershey attractions. The front desk was very friendly. The hotel pool is very nice and the hotel continental breakfast was great. They also had some cute ducks in a pond near the hotel. I would definetly stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone who wants to go.

Overall a very good experience in spite of the hotel being very crowded for the holidays. The continental breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, although I would have liked firmer pillows.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean room and big indoor pool. Breakfast area very busy every morning.
Great for visiting Hershey Park

This hotel was perfect for visiting Hershey Park. We are a family of five and we stayed in one room with 2 queen beds. The price is right too. We stayed at the Hotel Hershey last year and although beautiful, the price was too high for our purpose of visiting Hershey Park. The Comfort Inn provided only a continental breakfast but there are several restaurants in the immediate area that were good. The parking was great, access to the Park was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel was pleasant also. The hotel sits off the road surrounded by trees. Worth the price!!
