Our room was not clean. THe carpet is very dirty. I could not walk around bare foot. There was dog waste found behind a chair. We didn't get an adequate response from the front desk when we called down to report this. All she said was "I'm sorry, have a good night". I will never stay at this hotel again.

everyone was eager to accomodate... room was clean... quiet....food service was good.... wished for a spa after long days of work....

We left a message for housekeeping that the blow dryer was broken and the window did not close all the way. Hopefully, those items will be addressed before the next occupants. On a good note, they allow pets and there were plenty of them on site so I am sure that pet owners are aware of that.

Clean room, friendly staff. Convenient if visiting Monticello, Skyline drive. Close proximity to downtown Charlottesville without being in the middle of town. Would stay again.

I enjoyed myself thoroughly. I went on business to attend a conference and I felt really relaxed when at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the everything seemed modern. The computer in the lobby got a plus...it was nice to check your email away from home. The only complaint I have is the lack of AC in the hallways and on the elevator.
