Bad experience at Holiday Inn North Little Rock

I was 2 hours delayed into Little Rock. When I got to my hotel NO ONE was at the front desk. I waited around calling out "Hello" to no avail. I only found a person sleeping in the closed restaurant. Anyway I left to find another hotel to spend the night. Calling Holiday Inn the next morning I was told they would not refund my money because I did not check in or cancel in time. Asking, how I was supposed to check in with no night manager they said I had to take it up with Online Travel Agency.
