The sofitel philadelphia was a very nice place to stay. The staff was very warm and helpful. The room was clean and beutiful. I would recomend this hotel to my closeset freinds and family members.

Came for a business trip, could not find better in the whole city! Great bed, huge bathroom, and excellent service. I absolutly recommend it!

Rooms are nice. Beds are very comfortable. Pillows were too big and not comfortable. Food was below average, both room service and at the bar. Concierge provided limited verbal/hand written dirrections (no computer print outs, nor maps). The dirrections were enough for a decent meal one block away, but insufficient for a service and a wedding site; we got lost and missed the ceremony, that was the purpose of the trip. Nice gym.

Great location, very helpful concierge and staff , comfortable, clean room, great bathroom.
