This hotel is in a great location. Plenty of places to eat near by. The rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We would stay here again. They are also pet friendly,,,,,

Sofitel is beautifully designed-- lovely decor. And the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The service is very friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the all-time best breakfast experiences I've ever had. Perfect service, great food. I will always choose to stay there for Phila visits. I'm eager to try other Sofitels in other cities.

modern, trendy , all the european chic in hectic city!

I've stayed at this property three times in the last several months. Each time I've found the hallways to be very noisy with constant room doors opening and being shut and the housekeeping staff was very loud. On two of my stays I was charged for services I did not use, such as valet parking. This most recent stay my reservation was not in their system when I checked in and I was charged twice on my credit card for the same room! I am done with this place.

I only stayed there 1 night and booked a suite. From the minute I pulled into the hotel to the minute I left it was easy, friendly and very comfortable. The bathroom-gorgeous, the bed- super comfortable, the staff-very helpful and attentive.
