Each unit is similar to a townhouse, so there is a fully stocked kitchen (plates, pots, cups, silverware, etc) in each unit. This helps if you like to have some meals in (to save money!!). Location is in west sedona which makes it convenient to all local attractions. Finally, as a townhouse all units have 2 levels so there is room to spread out, or for the kids to be downstairs while the adults are upstairs. Also has a clubhouse and indoor and outdoor pools.

Best Things Nearby:
Great restaurants, Coffee Pot Rock vista,

Best Things About the Resort:
Well located, central but out of the busy part of town. Roomy accommodation in the one-bedroom loft.

Resort Experience:
The townhouse has a roomy kitchen and living area with a pull out bed. The upper floor has the master suite, which was a good size. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable for me. The loft area was like a second bedroom overlooking the living area below. It had a pullout. There are both outdoor and indoor pool although we didn't get to use them we were so busy. We did take advantage of the fitness room, which was fine. The staff was helpful and polite.

Best Things Nearby:
Bell's outlet store was across the street, as was the Coffee Pot restaurant and Safeway which had a Starbucks inside. The resort is also 2 minutes from the Sedona Airport Mesa, which has a great scenic overlook of the city. There is also a Walgreen's next door that has reasonably priced souvenirs and good prices on beer and alcohol.

Best Things About the Resort:
The unit was immaculate. It was clean and well stocked. Each unit has a gas fireplace. The staff were all welcoming.

Resort Experience:
I had a one-bedroom unit with a loft, which slept 6 people. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The resort does not have many activities or amenities, but is close to most, including The Sedona Spa (at Los Abrigodos). The activities/amenities at the resort include: fitness center, crafts on some days, pools, whirlpools, laundry services, and video tape rental (all old movies). The also have a small store that is about the size of a walk-in closet.

Best Things Nearby:
The Red Rocks of Sedona were enough to be near but the shopping, restaurants and activities were great, too. The Grand Canyon, Montezuma's Castle, state parks, hiking & swimming.

Best Things About the Resort:
The loft, skylights, private balcony with hot tub, the pools and lots of wonderful memories. The entire unit was a home away from home.

Resort Experience:
We went on a bonus week and the Villas of Sedona exceded our expectations. We didn't want to leave.

The staff was wonderful. The conceirge helped us with all our activity reservations: the train ride, the hot air balloon, even church recommndations. Maintenance even responded immediately to jump our rental car.

The unit was large with a loft and private balcony with hot tub. The enclosed back yard opened onto the outdoor pool with its own waterfall and hottub. Picnic tables were provided.

The kitchen was large as was the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and TV. The master bath had a skylight. Our unit slept 8, with 2 BDRMS and two sofa beds, one located on the loft. There was exercise equipment, movie rentals & planned activities.

There was something for everyone.
