hotel was close to the HSBC Arena, downtown and highway, room was clean. Staff were friendly. Not to expensive for downtown hotel.

We did not even stay at the hote for the night. We arrived at 11:45am and immediately after seeing the accomodations we checked out. The rooms were small, outdated and dirty.

Hotel van was requested for a 500am departure to the airport, but they forgot to log it. Then the van driver gave an attitude about it. Restraunt needs some work too as they overcook all steaks.

Thought the Hotel was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Good news: the staff is remarkable- friendly, able, always there to help, always a smile. Great convention hotel- the meeting/ banquet rooms and facilities are HUGE! Bad news: the building needs work. A/C out-of-order in most rooms, 1/2 the elevators inoperable the whole week. They need to spend $ on upgrades soon.
