Very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Had the Disney channel for the kids. Wished we could have hooked up our DVD player for videos, though. A little noisy with the location right off the highway, but the convenience of the highway made it worth it. Very clean indoor pool, although the heat of the pool water seemed to be cooler during the week. Will stay again.

We arrived late the night of our check-in no two bed room available. The room we got was nice. Breakfast as a consolation for the room problem was GREAT. Would have stayed in the smaller room for breakfast the next day. Front desk staff "A-1."

We arrived at the Adams Mark to find out that the staff from the Convention Center had only booked one room for 10 people. (While waiting for housing the manager and staff escorted our party to the dining room for soft drinks and chips. Despite the fact that the hotel was hosting 3 large events the staff, especially the manager, took time out of his busy schedule to figure out what happened. Excellent Staff

We were promised that if we called after a musical concert at the HSBC Arena, they could call a taxi or get us back to the hotel. We called and they said the last shuttle run had been made (10:20 p.m.) and there wasn't any more. It was extremely cold outside and there were no taxis to be found outside the arena. We walked to the Pearl St Grill and they gave us a # to call for a taxi. This was the most inhospitable city. They should realize that people don't want to walk in -5 wind chill. Buffalo doesn't care about their tourists. We saw many people looking for a ride. Never again!

Asked for a quiet room.Got a room near hotel bar with a booming band.Staff refused to switch to another room stating "hotel fully booked".This was at 10:00PM.At 1:30AM I begged the front desk to help me out,to no avail.Music stopped at 2:00AM.Got to sleep around 3:00AM.Will never stay here again!
