first time staying in buffalo just minutes from hsbc arena clean friendly will stay there again

The pictures of the bi-level suite posted on their website are of their Presidential Suite. The regular bi-level suites are quite small, simply two of their regular rooms with a connecting circular stair, a king room upstairs, downstairs has a pull out couch and office desk, no kitchenette or fridge. Only good thing is you have 2 bathrooms. WARNING... we had suite 645/745 at the end of the hotel that is right next to the 190 highway and the window is not very soundproof. It was like sleeping on the shoulder of the highway and the traffic is non-stop all night. Otherwise the hotel was great, especially the managerial staff at Deco restaurant who went out of their way to seat our party of 53 people for their buffet with only one hour notice.

The bed, though very comfortable, had stained sheets. I called the front desk and they quickly sent up a housekeeper to change the sheets. When checking out the next morning I mentioned the problem to the front desk clerk and they were more than pleased to make a suitable arrangement. I will also mention that the shower head was so low that you would have to be no taller than 5'8" to use it without bending over. The lack of sufficient water pressure aggravated the situation. Mistakes will happen and the way they are dealt with is the true measure of a business. I would probably stay here again.

Walking distance to HSBC Arena, staff were all amazing and accomodating our special requests, rooms were OK, nothing wrong with them at all. Indoor pool was nice, although small, but seeing as we were the only ones it that was no problem. Wish it was closer to malls, etc, as aside from the HSBC Arena the area is pretty bland. Indoor parking was great. We did get lost a few times trying to find our rooms the first night but we found a staff member who helped us out. Vending machines are hard to find for blondes, maybe we just were ignorant but it took an half hours hike around the hotel before we actually found one. Staff helped us find malls, the best pizza delivery and buffalo wings, and obviously our room. Looking forward to staying again in the new year!

we plan to go back before Christmas to enjoy what we did not have the time to use on this visit.
