Stayed Valentines Day 2009 what a wonderful room. The queen size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Had a great window seat overlooking the roadway. The breakfast was really good- continental but had lots of extras. The staff was friendly and very efficient. Can't wait to spend the day at Waterloo outlets and spend the night at this motel again. Great weekend get away!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and found it to be outstanding and well worth all 5 stars. It was as advertised and more. Rooms were clean comfortable. One might find the rooms a little small (since it had been a micro hotel before The Inn at Finger Lakes took over)but adequate. Closet was small as were the drawers (2 of them).
I could not say more about the staff and location which we thought, was great. And in the Center of the city and we did walk and ate diner at the local diner and also a nearby restaurant.
The Continental breakfast was one of the best I have had, with 4 kinds of cereal, bread, English muffins, assorted muffins, bagels, fresh waffle maker. There was fresh fruit salad, bananas, hard boiled eggs and yogurt.
I was suspicious of the complementary wine tasting held each evening between 5 pm and 7 pm, thinking they would try and pressure you into buying wine but nothing was further from the truth. A lovely lady was there to greet you and no mention of selling wine and was ever mentioned. There were 5 kinds of local wine and 2 kinds of beer will refills and cheese, crackers and snacks.
The outside of the hotel was as clean and fresh as the interior. Rooms were front and back and although the front faced a local highway I found the noise level acceptable as long as the window was closed. No doubt the rear facing rooms where ever quieter.
The fitness center seemed more that sufficient and never looked crowed.
Parking was more than adequate and near any of the three entrances.

Inn at Finger Lakes - a good value

The Inn is more like a hotel in that it has 3 floors with ~ 30 rooms per floor. The staff was friendly, the room clean and comfortable. The room had a nice sitting area by the window, a flat screen TV and free wireless internet. The breakfast offered fresh fruit, waffles, muffins and bagles, yogurt, cereal and coffee or juices. I would highly recommend staying at this facility.

friendly service gave good directions and suggestions of where to eat and walk, delightful and knowledable wine tasting staff, continenetal breakfast plentiful and filling with friendly staff.
The rooms are small and would be cramped if staying more than a few days. On the plus side, the rooms are clean and well organized with all of the amenities.
