Modern and sleek, but expensive

Located in a mall, this hotel is only 5 years old. We had to reserve 2 rooms because there was no way to reserve one room for 3 people on line. Each room is wonderfully decorated in a modern style and the bathrooms are stunning. Very clean and comfortable beds. Air conditioner is working very well. The view of the room was not great, it was near the train station. I didn't hear any noise. Absolutely no bad smells. Floors are laminated and impeccably clean. TV have a variety of channels.
Geneva is completely shut down on Sundays and the mall was not useful to us, since we stayed one night and it happened to be on a Sunday.
Private parking inside the mall just follow the signs that bring you to the hotel's private parking area. At the front desk ask for the ticket which will allow you to have free parking.
Everything is expensive in Geneva, the Italian restaurant just outside the mall is open even on Sunday, but an individual pizza will cost you $16.00/20.00!!!!!! The chicken with a pasta or salad on the side will cost some $27.00 . The manager was very pleasant, after I spoke with him in Italian. Service was slow.
To get to the main center of town is easy by car. The hotel is located near the highways and industrial zone.
No internet access unless you pay a heavy fee. On top of that you can only use it in the lobby.
The night we came only one elevator was working and many visitors of the hotel didn't know that they would have to insert the card key into the appropriate slot in order for the elevator to work. This created a problem for us because the elevator is small and we had 6 luggages to carry. People kept getting on not allowing us to transport our luggages. This detail is more for people in general to follow rules than the fault of the hotel staff.
The elevator has a/c.
They have 2 carts for the entire hotel. The next day the other elevator was working again.
I would definately stay again during a week day and bring less luggage!
One more thing, the hotel is rated at 3 stars, but in my opinion it should be elevated to a 4. I wish I could have taken pictures to share the beautiful rooms.

Thi room was very clean. It is a great hotel for business travelers, not for vacationers. It is far from downtown Geneva where all the attractions are. It is very isolated from everything. Although I booked a non-smoking room on online travel website, they did not have one available when I got there. That was very disappointing. The restaurant is not open for dinner.

Located away from the city center but public transportation right in front of hotel (10 minute bus ride to the lake). Plus, room comes with free bus/tram pass for your stay which saved us $15/day. But you have to ask since for some reason they just don't give the passes to you when you check in. Connected to large mall with bowling and food court (much superior to US food courts). New soccer stadium next door - took my son to AC Survette game for $16. Didn't eat at the hotel restaurant based on other reviews, but it has changed from Italian to French food.
