Ukraine is still great place to visit and president hotel was integral to overall positive experience in my trip. The hotel is located in the center, nearby good restaurants and café-bars. Front desk staff is very helpful, perfect eglish as well. Bed was big, clear linen, room with a balcony, no excessive noise – though good sleep at night. For a long time I first ate good breakfast of high quality. Overall, I’d have no hesitation to stay here again

Situated far from downtown on the top of a VERY high. steep hill in the " boonies ", this big hotel is not for the tourist. There are no cabs readily available; none are waiting, ever. Further, there is no concierge and the front desk staff are not tourist-oriented-- there is no help for the stranger in town.
