FULL Breakfast buffet every day. Cannot beat it for the price. Spacious rooms with kitchenette including dishwasher and garabge disposal. Worth the price and it was pretty inexpensive. CVS Pharmacy right next door for all your needs including food. Very close to the White House and National Mall. Would definetly stay again.

Overall its a nice, clean and friendly hotel. Breakfast was complimentary and great. Service was very friendly. We were within 2-3 miles from all the museums. Walking is a must to see them all anyway. So be hydrated. We did take a cab to Georgetown ($*) taxi to and from. There was a CVS, Starbucks, and other little places around for lunch and dinner but Georgtown was the place to be at night. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Definately recommendable.
Family Trip To DC

We stayed here on a whirlwind, last minute family visit to the DC area. Hotel location was convenient to most of the major sites, White House, Mall area museums. METRO is about 3 blocks from hotel.
We had a Studio room which was surprisingly spacious with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa for the kids. Room had a kitchenette with everything needed except an oven.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Complementary breakfast was excellent with a variety of items to satisfy nearly any eater and plenty of space to sit and eat.
Tips: We drove our car to the hotel. Charge was $* per day for valet parking. There is a parking garage right next door that charges $* per day.
There weren?t many suitable places to eat at night with children within convenient walking distance of the hotel. The nearest area we could find was Dupont Circle about 11 blocks away. This area offered many choices.
Overall we would highly recommend the Residence Inn.

The Residence Inn on Vermont Ave. was very convenient to the McPherson Square. Go in via Franklin Park to avoid panhandlers. Hotel staff was very courteous. Breakfast more than continental. Rooms very spacious. Would stay again.

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay here!!! The room was exceptionally clean and the kitchen appliances appeared to be brand new. The staff were very friendly and nice...the breakfast buffet was good and so convenient to have. The location was also a plus...just a couple of blocks to the Metro...about a 7 minute walk to the White House....less than a 10 minute walk to Dupont Circle where there were several outstanding restuarants to choose from! We would highly recommend this hotel and would definetly stay there again!!
