I recently traveled with a group to Cincinnati and this hotel was a part of the package. I was very disappointed immediately upon my arrival.
1. no air in lobby or common areas
2. rooms were deplorable, the worst I've ever seen;dingy quilts, badly stained carpets, chairs, mattresses, cover broken off of air unit, blown light bulbs, dingy worn pillows
3. breakfast buffet looked like a soup kitchen spread. I only ate the packaged yogurt, so I was starving most of the day & staff reported that most surrounding restaurants wont deliver to this hotel.
This is just some of what I experienced...the list goes on & on. I actually felt sorry for staff, because they were nice, and did the best that they could under the circumstances.
Honesty folks, I am surprised that this place hasn't been condemned. It is in very poor repair and I had some serious health concerns. I would recommend that you sleep in your car if this is your only option.
I barely recognized the place based on the pictures provided on this site.

My husband and I came in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The staff was helpful ewhen checking in. I was told by the desk clerk that there was breakfast in the restaurant the next morning. The next morning I called the front desk to ask if breakfast was included in the price. The staff person who answered the phone was rude and asked me "why didn't I call the restaurant". When we went to the restaurant, our server told us that breakfast was included in the price during the summer and not the fall and winter. Our person who serviced our room was very nice and clean although there were still traces of plaster behind our dresser and nightstands from the current???? remodeling being done. There were also no visitor/information guides in my room ( maybe they could have placed the information about breakfast in the guide) and if I hadn't been from Cincinnati, I would have been lost as to where to go to shop, eat, etc. Overall, We would stay there again because it was off the interstate, close to entertainment/restaurants and was a great bargain!!!!!!
