Upon arrival we checked the mattress and room for bedbugs - which we did not find - but the mattress was so dirty and stained that I requested another room. The staff gave us a choice of two rooms. The second room smelled bad . The third one smelled ...Read more

We stayed here after a terrible hotel stay in Virginia Beach and were extremely pleased with the staff as well as the comfort of the bed. The room was nothing luxurious but was worth the money.

Price was great and room was huge. It was really great to save some money to spend on something else other then sleeping.
Reasonable rate for bare bottom motel

Nothing fancy. Just a low rate when you are not spending time in the room.
Rooms older and smelled

The rooms were older and very stale smelling. They were no smoking but you could smell that someone has been smoking. No trash cans in room. Bathroom needed to be washed. We saw no staff other than the front desk. Rooms next to ours were very noisy.
this hotel is quite shabby

this hotel is quite shabby - from broken drywall to peeling wallpaper to mildew in the shower, it was all capped by the fact that they don't even provide hotel soap (shampoo is in a dispenser in the shower). definitely not worth the savings.
Good place for a short stay, not super nice.

Had to call to get internet to work. Poor breakfast although it was free.
