Bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Dirty toliet, no toliet paper on roll, hairs in bathtub. One day of our stay housekeeping never came to the room. Someone put dirty linens in the walkway-never picked up, lay there all night. One of three lamps worked-took two calls to front desk to get lightbulbs. I'll never stay at this hotel chain again.

My son was going into the army and this is the MEPS hotel where the enlistees have to stay. I wanted to stay there so I could spend as much time possible with him before he left, I ended up spending more time with the front desk clerk! We went through 3 rooms before we finally got a room we thought was ok there was still mold everywhere. My husband got out of the shower and there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door and when I went to pull the covers back the sheets were covered with hair, not just some the maid could have lost but about 15 of different lengths allover the sheet. My son's from had not even been cleaned from the night before! It made a emotional experience even harder. I would advise families of enlistees leaving from here to get a motel close by a spend time with your enlistee in the common area until they have to go to their rooms. I can't believe our military would put our young men and women who are going in to risk their lives for our freedoms in a hotel like this. I do have to say 1 good thing the staff is great they are very friendly and try to do anything to help, it's the higher ups who don't care about anything but the all-mighty dollar that are to blame.

New to Montgomery but the Lexington would never let you know. I felt part of the family while I was away from my own. Restaurant food was really good and when I come back to Montgomery, Lexington will be the place to stay. Thanks specifically to X and Y in the sales office. They both made me feel welcome. :-)

Rooms were poor. This motel does not deserve your 3 star rating. 1st room--soiled unmade bed. 2nd room--pillows missing, all bath towels missing, facilities are old, dirty, and need maintenance.

The maids harrassed us all morning from 7am-noon although we asked not be bothered several times. The ice machine did not work. The iron and ironing board were dirty, old, and raggedy.
