We came here for St Paddy's Day and were shocked! We had no clue we were getting a balcony not to mention a balcony facing the popular Bourbon St. We had a blast here. The experience was great from having to call for easy to navigate directions on the back entrance to avoid Bourbon, to the Valet guy who waited patiently as we unloaded our all so crowded vehicle, to the front desk agent who we left a compliment note for. She was fantastic! I called 2 months before to request a double bed room and she remembered me it was impressive and she answered all our questions and gave us advice at where to eat away from the main area. The room was about average size with two beds and a clean bathroom but to our surprise had a fantastic balcony with great view! The staff were lovely and they were safe and cautious not to let every person off the street come in to the hotel! They have a bathroom downstairs for guests which was a great thing being in a group of girls and drinking so many fluids along Bourbon St, we had to stop quite a few times and it was nice to know it was clean! They have a couple of large balconies as well which were booked up but we made friends with one group who let us go out there for the parade! It was a wonderful trip and I loved staying here.
