The room was comfortable and roomy. It was clean and bright. When I asked staff where to buy an umbrella, it was at a time when most stores were not open so the girl at the desk went and got me her own umbrella to use. The staff pleasantly ...Read more

The first thing we were greeted by was the cold mood of the front desk lady. Service here is so so. These people don't go the extra mile. It's more of you get what you paid for attitude. I hated how the fridge was tiny and all sensored. You can't ...Read more

Novotel is just an adequate place to stay. I thought the towels would have been more plush. I stayed at a Comfort Inn at Niagara Falls just a day prior and that place had better pillows and towels; so, what gives, Novotel? The hotel staff was ...Read more

Stayed here in the middle of july for 86.16. Service was nice, my first room smelled too much of the anti odor chemical, free wireless only in the lobby, and neighborhood was nice. If I can get the same deal I would definitely stay here again.
