i sorry to say but i will never stay in your hotels again. i booked my reservations though online travel website and when i openned the door to the room a strong oder of mildew was in the room. i was late to a meeting and didn't have time to go back to the front desk and ask for another room. that evening when i returned they told me that was the kind of room $$$ from using Travelocity. then i needed to use the hotel computer to print out my boarding pass for the next days flight and i wasn't able to do that because they didn't have a printer. Sorry but when there are dozens of other hotels that want my dollar and have better service, i'm going that direction.

oh no !

That was my initial impression as I pulled into the parking lot. I guess you get what you pay for. Found a deal on here for around * and this was a last minute trip to Charlotte. This is an older hotel and not in the best of areas. It also sits behind a mexican restaurant...weird ! Anyway, on the plus side I can say the room was fairly clean and modern. It was smoke free as requested. I did have problems with the hot water. I had to let it run for almost 10 minutes before it got hot. Upon check out they had a decent selection at the continental breakfast. Although not a bad experience, I would probably not return and would spend a few extra dollars to stay elsewhere.

We stayed one night at this hotel after the AC/DC concert. It was a good value for one night. I wouldnt stay there more than one night though. The room smelled like disinfectant spray, had an iron burn on the floor, and the mexican restaraunt was gross. Other than that it was an ok place to stay. One good thing was that the building that we were in had its own parking area and had a lock on the gate and was locked up after 10:00, so my car stayed safe all night. Merry Christmas!!!

Never again - worst hotel ever!

This hotel is way over-priced and over-rated. We arrived and the lock on the door did not work, the staff told us to "get over it, it was the last room available" The door barely shut, and once shut shut could be pushed open even when locked. The staff thought it was funny. The pool area was dirty, other guests were swimming with their clothes on and drinking and smoking in the hot tub. The room smelled and the doors to the outside that were supposed to be locked for our protection were left propped open at all times, because the many of the guests key cards were not working properly. Because we booked through a discount site and had already paid, they would not refund any money. Completely dissapointed in this hotel chain that they would allow this lack of quality.

horrible
